Ode to English Class

I had too many things to do
I did some of them
I found out I had already had
too many points off to make
anything more than a
zero

Now the most I can do
is to write a research
paper on some author
Langston Hughes I think
and hope to get more than
nothing


Wow! I'm a pretty good writer! Well, that's what my english techer said. She's very nice. Apparently, the only assignments I was able to knock out yesterday were the ones that were so late, all the points had been taken away. I really only need to do a Research paper on langston hughes, and then I'll be done for the year with english.
